The company has sent the AGM notice and Annual Report for FY 2025-26 to shareholders electronically, also making them available on the company website and stock exchange platforms.

Shareholders can exercise their voting rights through remote e-voting, which begins on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and concludes on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

The cut-off date for voting eligibility is Friday, September 18, 2026.
