Kalpataru Projects International (KPIL), through its subsidiary LMG AB, has established LM Operation Center India Private Limited as a 100% owned step-down subsidiary for Rs. 1.5 Cr.

This strategic move creates an operation center in India.

The goal is to significantly enhance LMG AB’s project and engineering execution capabilities, signaling KPIL's push for operational efficiency and leveraging India's talent pool.

The new entity is yet to commence business, but positions the group for future growth in its execution prowess.
