The subsidiary of Kalpataru Projects International Limited has approved an initial public offering of shares held in its step-down subsidiary, Linjemontage I Grästorp AB, along with a listing on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The offering values the subsidiary at up to approximately SEK 2,350 Million (2,324 Crore INR).
