Gujarat Cotex Limited's board has approved the appointment of Ms. Parul Rajesh Manubarwala as an additional independent director.

Ms. Manubarwala brings 25 years of experience in finance and taxation.

The board also approved the re-appointment of Ms. Vidya Pramod Patil as an independent director for another five-year term; she has 25 years of experience in business strategy.
