Gujarat Cotex Limited's board has approved the appointment of M/s. K. Dalal & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries, as the company's secretarial auditor for five years.

This appointment, covering fiscal years 2026-27 to 2030-31 and effective September 28, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Kunjal Dalal, the current auditor, continues in this role, bringing over three decades of experience.
