Indo National (NIPPOBATRY) has boosted its stake in Medcuore Medical Solutions (MMSPL) by an additional 0.78% for ₹50.04 lakh (₹0.50 Cr). This increases NIPPOBATRY's total holding in MMSPL to 61.87%. MMSPL, which recorded a FY26 turnover of ₹1.46 Cr, specializes in Air Monitoring Systems and Purifiers.

This strategic investment reinforces Indo National's presence in the air purification segment, aiming for business expansion, revenue growth, and further portfolio diversification.

It's a key move to strengthen an existing growth area.
