Indo National Limited is increasing its footprint in the air purification space by boosting its stake in Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Ltd (MMSPL). The company has deployed Rs 0.25 Cr to buy an additional 0.41% equity stake through 178 shares, taking its total holding to a majority 62.28%. MMSPL specializes in air monitoring systems and purifiers, posting a turnover of Rs 1.46 Cr for the recent fiscal year.

This strategic move aims to drive business growth, expand operations, and unlock profitability by deepening the company's commitment to the clean air product portfolio.
