Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Limited's Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Ramraghav Rameshkumar Jha as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 04. This move, following a proposal from its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, strengthens the company's corporate governance and regulatory adherence.

Mr. Jha, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a B.Com degree, steps into this key managerial role.

He has no relation to other directors and does not hold company shares, ensuring independent oversight.
