Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors, based on input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Ramraghav Rameshkumar Jha as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

This key managerial appointment is effective from September 04. Mr. Jha, an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a B.Com graduate, is not related to any other director of the company and holds no shares.

This ensures the company maintains crucial managerial roles, which is important for regulatory compliance and operational governance.
