The company's Board has announced key outcomes from its recent meeting.

Mr. Ajay Jalota, with expertise in finance and audit, has been appointed as an Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting.

Simultaneously, Mr. Suresh Kejriwal will step down as an Independent Director on September 28th, having completed his term.

The Board also approved the Directors' Report for the financial year ending March 31st, 2026, and re-constituted its Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship Committees.

The AGM is scheduled for September 29th.
