The company's board has appointed Mr. Ajay Jalota as an Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting.

This meeting will also see the re-constitution of the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship Committees.

Concurrently, Mr. Suresh Kejriwal will step down as an Independent Director after completing his two terms.

The board also approved the Directors Report for the last financial year and appointed a scrutinizer for e-voting, clarifying final decisions impacting governance and future strategic direction.
