GOLD LIMITED's Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Girishchandra Madhavlal Patel as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective 1st October, 2026, until 1st October, 2031. This decision, awaiting shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, ensures continuity in governance.
