Gold Limited has announced its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually via video conferencing.

Shareholders will transact business outlined in the AGM Notice.

The company has already sent the Integrated Annual Report and AGM Notice electronically, which are also accessible on its website and NSDL.

Shareholders can cast votes via remote e-voting, which will be open for a few days before the meeting, based on shareholdings as of the specified cut-off date.

Those who vote remotely can still attend the virtual meeting but cannot vote again.
