Narmada Macplast Drip Irrigation Systems has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held virtually.

The company's share register will be closed for a period, and e-voting details are available for eligible shareholders.

Key agenda items include approving the audited financial statements for the last fiscal year and re-appointing Mr. Jiten Vaghasia as a Director.

Shareholders will also consider the re-appointment of Mr. Vrajlal Vaghasia as Managing Director, with a monthly salary of Rs. 30,000, and Mr. Jiten Vaghasia as Whole-time Director, with a monthly salary of Rs. 20,000, both for three-year terms.
