Narmada Macplast Drip Irrigation Systems Ltd has announced that Ms. Vidhi Krupa Shah has resigned from her position as the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel due to pre-occupancy in other assignments.

The resignation has been formally accepted by the Board of Directors.
