Electronic copies of the AGM notice and annual report are being sent to shareholders with registered email IDs and are also available on the company and stock exchange websites.

The company is providing remote e-voting and e-voting during the meeting.

Shareholders holding shares as of the eligibility cut-off date can cast their votes electronically.
