New Swan Multitech has set its book closure period from September 25th to September 30th for its 12th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30th.

This means share transfers will not be recorded during this time.

The Record Date for shareholder eligibility for e-voting at the AGM and receiving the Final Dividend for FY 2025-2026 is September 23rd.

Investors holding shares by this date will be eligible to vote and receive the dividend, if approved by shareholders at the AGM, with payment expected within 30 days of approval.
