New Swan Multitech Limited has announced a board meeting outcome.

The company will hold its 12th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, and has approved the annual report for the financial year 2025-2026. Shareholders will vote on a proposed final dividend of 5% (Rs. 0.50 per share). The company has re-appointed Mr. Barunpreet Singh Ahuja as Whole-Time Director for five years and appointed M/s. N C L S & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY2026-27, with annual remuneration of INR 6,00,000 per plant.

Shareholders will also vote on amendments to the Articles of Association and a material related party transaction with M/s New Swan Enterprise, up to Rs. 100 crore.
