Svarnim Trade Udyog Ltd has shuffled its leadership deck following shareholder voting outcomes at its annual general meeting.

Mr. Gulshan Kumar Aggarwal and Ms. Nidhi Bansal have stepped down from their respective director roles after failing to secure shareholder approval for their continuation.

To fill these gaps, the company has welcomed Mr. Parin Shirishkumar Bhavsar as an additional independent director and Ms. Sangeeta Aggarwal as a non-executive director and chairperson.

Additionally, key oversight groups including the audit, nomination and remuneration, and stakeholder relationship committees have been completely reconstituted with the newly appointed members to steer future governance.
