Svarnim Trade Udyog Ltd has shuffled its board room dynamics following recent shareholder voting outcomes.

Mr. Gulshan Kumar Aggarwal and Ms. Nidhi Bansal have stepped down after failing to secure enough votes at the annual general meeting.

To fill the gaps, the company has welcomed Mr. Parin Shirishkumar Bhavsar as an independent director and brought in Ms. Sangeeta Aggarwal as a non-executive director and chairperson.

Alongside these leadership swaps, the firm has completely revamped the composition of its key internal panels, specifically the audit, nomination and remuneration, and stakeholder relationship committees, ensuring fresh oversight across crucial operational segments for retail investors.
