Hemo Organic Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. V S S B & Associates as the new statutory auditors of the company following the completion of the second term of the previous auditors, M/s. M A A K & Associates, at the 34th Annual General Meeting.

The newly appointed auditors will serve for a term of five consecutive years, holding office from the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 39th Annual General Meeting.

This transition ensures continuous statutory audit compliance and oversight for the company's financial operations.
