Company Update

Hemo Organic Ltd announced that shareholders at the annual general meeting approved the appointment of M/s. V S S B & Associates as the new statutory auditors of the company for a term of five consecutive years, starting from the conclusion of the 34th annual general meeting until the conclusion of the 39th annual general meeting.

This change follows the completion of the second term of the previous statutory auditors, M/s. M A A K & Associates.
