Endurance Technologies' subsidiary has completed the divestment of its wholly-owned Italian unit, Veicoli Srl. Following regulatory approvals, the 100% shareholding transfer is finalized. Veicoli is no longer part of the Endurance group.
Endurance Technologies is divesting its wholly-owned Italian software subsidiary, Veicoli Srl, to focus on its core auto components business. The sale includes an upfront payment of € 2.2 million, deferred payment of € 0.3 million, and an earn-out potential up to € 5.0 million. Veicoli's income was Rs 32.58 Cr.
