NITCO has formed a JV with HoABL for a 40-acre premium mixed-use development in Alibaug. This strategic partnership is expected to generate Rs 1500 Cr in revenue for NITCO over five years, featuring luxury homes and a boutique hotel.
NITCO Limited, with its subsidiary & promoter, signed an MOU with HOABL for joint development of Alibaug lands. This deal is expected to generate Rs. 1,300-1,500 Cr over five years, accruing to Nitco & its subsidiary. Rs. 9 Cr received as security deposit.
