Servotech Renewable Power System Limited (SRPSL) signed an MoU with Haryana Govt. (HEPC) to invest ~400 Cr. This collaboration aims to boost industrial development and clean energy manufacturing in Haryana, facilitating SRPSL's business expansion with government support.
Servotech achieved a strong Q3FY26 operational recovery. Consolidated Revenue rose to ₹211.54 Cr, EBITDA to ₹28.47 Cr, and PAT surged to ₹15.51 Cr. This reflects improved execution efficiency and cost controls following Q2 disruptions.
Servotech has incorporated "SERVOTECH FOUNDATION," a wholly-owned subsidiary, as its not-for-profit CSR arm. This new entity will undertake social responsibility initiatives. Initial capital outlay for Servotech is 0.01 Cr, with the company holding 100% ownership.
Servotech launched three new products: SULTAN (lithium-ion battery), ZEST (battery charger), and VOLTIE (solar inverter). These products target both domestic and international markets, including SAARC countries and the Middle East.
Servotech has formed a new subsidiary, Servotech Renewable International FZCO in Dubai, to expand its EV charging and solar energy business in the UAE. Servotech will own 75% equity with an initial capital of AED 75,000.
