M/s. D G M S & Co. issued an unmodified audit opinion, affirming the accuracy of the results.

The board appointed M/s. Jitendra Parmar & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25, and M/s. B B Gusani & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26.
