Kashyap Tele-Medicines Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Meanwhile, June Enterprises Private Limited has acquired 33.04% stake in Kashyap Tele-Medicines through the purchase of 1.57 crore shares at ₹1.50 per share, totaling ₹2.53 Cr.

An open offer for 26% equity shares at the same price is underway, with the post-offer shareholding of the acquirer expected to be 61.36%. Shareholders holding physical shares can also participate in the offer per SEBI guidelines.

The acquirer holds no other interest in the company beyond this stake.
