Ambo Agritec Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the conversion of 7.68 lakh warrants into an equal number of equity shares at an issue price of ₹30 each, with ₹1.73 Cr received as 75% payment from two allottees—Ravi Ashok Kothari and Garima Suhas Khabiya.

Post-conversion, the paid-up equity share capital increased to ₹15.48 Cr, comprising 1.55 crore shares of ₹10 face value.

Warrants aggregating 70 lakh for promoters and 12.12 lakh for non-promoters remain pending conversion, representing further potential equity dilution.

This move reflects ongoing capital infusion from selective investors.
