Hindusthan Udyog Ltd has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of ₹856.01 lakh for the quarter, with a net loss after tax and extraordinary items of ₹889.24 lakh.

Consolidated figures show total income at ₹7,062.45 lakh and a net profit after tax of ₹653.38 lakh.

The company highlighted that the tea cultivation is seasonal and impacted by weather, which affects results.

Equity share capital stands at ₹749.55 lakh.

The results were audited and approved by the board.
