Ceeta Industries Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of ₹203.58 crore for the year ended March 31, 2025, up from ₹131.43 crore the previous year.

Net profit before tax was ₹37.29 lakh, compared to a loss in the prior year.

Exceptional income of ₹591.06 lakh was recorded during the year due to repayment of a loan with interest and compensation.

The net profit after tax improved to ₹27.97 lakh from a loss of ₹159.80 lakh.

Earnings per share stood at ₹0.004. This reflects Ceeta’s return to profitability supported by exceptional income helping offset prior losses, which is positive for shareholders.
