TTI Enterprise Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the appointment of Mr. Hitenkumar Jayantilal Prajapati as an Additional and Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Prajapati brings over 7 years of experience in corporate laws, governance, accounts, audits, and finance.

Following his appointment, the Board reconstituted key committees, with Mr. Prajapati joining the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and chairing the Stakeholder Relationship Committee.
