Company Update

Hemo Organic Limited has announced a board meeting on 27th June, 2025, approving the appointment of Mr. Deepak Ashokkumar Rochani as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Rochani brings over four years of experience in capital markets and mutual fund advisory and is currently with ICICI Prudential Asset Management.

Ms. Yukta Prakash Patel has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, bringing expertise in corporate compliance.

The Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Grievance Committees have been reconstituted, with Mr. Rochani joining all three as a member.
