Genesis IBRC India Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income of ₹366.72 lakhs for the year ended, with employee expenses at ₹5.10 lakhs and other expenses totaling ₹11.14 lakhs.

It recorded a net profit of ₹350.48 lakhs compared to a loss of ₹379.75 lakhs in the previous year.

The equity share capital remains ₹1300 lakhs and total equity improved from ₹502.78 lakhs to ₹853.26 lakhs.

Cash and cash equivalents slightly decreased to ₹0.57 lakhs.

The auditor has given an unmodified opinion on the financial statements, affirming the company’s going concern status and the fairness of these results.
