Silver Oak (India) Limited has announced a delay in disclosing the resignation letter of its Compliance Officer and Company Secretary, Mr. Deepak Meena, whose resignation took effect in February 2025. The Board accepted the resignation promptly, but the resignation letter was submitted to the stock exchange late due to an oversight of compliance requirements.

The company has clarified the delay was unintentional and has since properly submitted the resignation letter.

This ensures continued transparency and adherence to disclosure norms for key managerial personnel changes.
