KG Petrochem Ltd has announced a board meeting.

Mr. Dilip Kumar Bhatia has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director and will chair multiple key committees, pending shareholder approval due to his age.

Mr. Sanjay Sharma has joined as an Additional Executive Director, overseeing operations like purchase and stores, bringing over 27 years of supply chain experience.

Mr. Bridhi Chand Sharma resigned as Independent Director citing age and health reasons, stepping down from several board committees.

The company has reconstituted its board committees to reflect these changes.
