Company Update

Citizen Infoline Limited has announced a board meeting to appoint Mrs. Ashadevi Nathmal Gogad and Mr. Chirag Hemendrakumar Jirawala as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

Both bring experience from the manufacturing sector and are unrelated to existing directors.

The company has reconstituted its Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship Committees with these appointments.

Additionally, four directors—Kasturi Ravindra Jain, Mitesh Ashokkumar Jain, Vikas Hemendrakumar Jirawala, and Sandeep Motilal Jain—have resigned due to personal reasons, effective immediately.

This leadership change may impact governance and strategic oversight.
