Citizen Infoline Limited announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has admitted the scheme of amalgamation with Citizen Solar Private Limited.

The NCLT has directed Citizen Infoline to convene a meeting of its equity shareholders through video conferencing within 45 days.
