The company has secured a significant Power Purchase Agreement with Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL) to supply 4 MW of solar power.

This 25-year agreement, with power delivery expected to commence by December 31, 2025, is a major development.

It is projected to generate approximately Rs. 2.12 Cr in revenue annually, based on around 77 lakhs unit generation at Rs. 2.76 per unit.

This long-term contract strengthens the company's position in the renewable energy sector and ensures a stable revenue stream.
