Typhoon Financial Services has announced a board meeting with key governance updates.

The 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 29, with e-voting available.

To bolster oversight, the board approved the appointment of Virendra Surana & Co. as Statutory Auditors and Nishant Pandya & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, each for five-year terms, subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, Mr. Rishab Chhajer was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee was re-constituted, enhancing corporate governance.
