Typhoon Financial Services will hold its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually, enabling shareholders to participate and vote electronically.

The Board has also proposed key leadership changes for shareholder approval: M/s. Virendra Surana & Co. as new statutory auditors and M/s. Nishant Pandya & Associates as secretarial auditors, both for five-year terms.

Furthermore, Mr. Rishab Chhajer has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee has been re-constituted.
