Following input from its Audit Committee, Perfectpac's Board has approved the appointment of M/s. RSM & Co. as the company's Secretarial Auditors.

This five-year term, from FY2025-26 to FY2029-30, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
