Bits Limited has issued a corrigendum to its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) agenda.

The company clarifies that an important item, the proposal to shift its Registered Office from the State of NCT of Delhi to the State of Maharashtra, was inadvertently omitted from the initial AGM intimation.

This relocation, which also requires amending company documents, is confirmed to be part of the full AGM Notice and Annual Report.

This update ensures all shareholders are fully informed of the administrative changes proposed at the meeting.
