IEL Limited's board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, following review and affirmation by the Audit Committee.

There were notable changes in its independent director composition: Ms. Avani Ashwinkumar Shah and Ms. Juhi Sawajani resigned due to professional commitments.

To fill these roles, the company appointed three new independent directors—Ms. Aastha Jain, Ms. Ami Priyank Bhanshali, and Ms. Mokshi Prakashbhai Shah—each for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

Additionally, M/s Kunal Sharma & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years.

These board changes prompted the reconstitution of the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship Committees.
