IEL Limited's Board met, approving financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, which were endorsed by the Audit Committee.

The company saw changes in its independent directors: Ms. Avani Ashwinkumar Shah and Ms. Juhi Sawajani resigned due to other professional commitments.

To fill these roles and strengthen governance, the Board appointed Ms. Aastha Jain, Ms. Ami Priyank Bhanshali, and Ms. Mokshi Prakashbhai Shah as new independent directors for five-year terms, pending shareholder approval.

Consequently, key board committees were also reconstituted.

Additionally, M/s Kunal Sharma & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
