IEL Limited's board approved the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025, reporting a net loss of Rs 0.74 Cr on total income of Rs 0.05 Cr.

Following the resignations of two independent directors, Ms. Avani Shah and Ms. Juhi Sawajani, the board appointed three new independent directors: Ms. Aastha Jain, Ms. Ami Bhanshali, and Ms. Mokshi Shah.

These appointments, along with the reconstitution of key board committees and the appointment of M/s Kunal Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, are subject to shareholder approval.
