The company plans to change its name to Emrock Corporation Limited, pending shareholder and government approvals.

Two independent directors have resigned.

The board also appointed new Secretarial and Internal Auditors.

Notably, the company had previously allotted 2.35 Cr convertible warrants, which could impact future equity capital upon full payment and conversion.
