Company Update

Narmada Macplast Drip Irrigation Systems' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 3.10 Cr and a profit after tax of Rs. 0.40 Cr for the quarter.

Additionally, the board appointed M/s. Bharat Prajapati & Co. as the Secretarial Auditor for five years, from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, based on the Audit Committee's input.
