Kalind Limited's board has approved acquiring 100% equity in DBJ Multi Services Private Limited for up to ₹310 Cr via share swap, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.

DBJMSPL’s FY25 turnover was ~0.36 Cr, with EBITDA of ~0.32 Cr.

The board also approved significant financial capacity increases, raising authorized share capital from ₹122 Cr to ₹1,000 Cr and enhancing limits up to ₹1,000 Cr for mortgaging, borrowing, loans, and investments.

These strategic moves, subject to shareholder approvals at an upcoming EGM, underpin future growth.

New Statutory and Secretarial Auditors and a Chief Financial Officer were also appointed.
