Kalind Limited's board approved the acquisition of 100% equity in DBJ Multi Services Private Limited for up to ₹310 Cr via a share swap, integrating its construction services.

The company also approved a substantial increase in authorized share capital from ₹122 Cr to ₹1,000 Cr, alongside raising borrowing, mortgage, and investment limits, each up to ₹1,000 Cr.
