KALIND LIMITED has decided to withdraw its proposed acquisition of DBJ Multi Services Private Limited (DBJMSPL). The company previously planned to acquire 100% of DBJMSPL's equity, involving 50 lakh shares valued at INR 10 each, totaling 5 Cr INR, along with a preferential issue of securities.

Following an internal review of commercial and strategic considerations, KALIND will no longer proceed with either the acquisition or the preferential issue.

This decision impacts the company's previously announced strategic expansion plans.
